New year, new challenge? Ladysmith Infant School are looking for a new headteacher and this is a fantastic and rare opportunity to lead an Infant School in the heart of Exeter. The school is a hidden gem within the city with extensive grounds, dedicated forest school area and the potential to be an amazing place for young learners.

Ladysmith schools joined the highly successful St Christopher’s Trust in October 2024. Since then, the teaching staff have been supported by our Trust’s skilled School Improvement team and have high ambition for pupil standards. 

As a headteacher within our Trust you will not be alone, you will be supported by a rich programme of training and network events. You will able to work with our other 4 schools within Exeter be part of the Trusts wider network of school leaders, giving a wealth of professional development and support. This role also offers opportunities for leaders to work beyond their own school and further their development also.  If you are an experienced senior leader with a collaborative mindset we’d love to work with you.
