We are looking for a deputy headteacher who has an excellent knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum, able to model effective practice and build relationships with students, staff and parents to improve outcomes for pupils. You will be committed to working with the head teacher and Trust to enable Ladysmith Junior school to become a place where learning is rooted in all that we do whilst utilising our extensive grounds and making each day irresistible!
